In 2010 I undertook a series of Organisational Role Analysis sessions with Kris. It was one of the most helpful professional development activities I have undertaken. Kris came highly recommended from a colleague of mine and I was not disappointed with what was delivered.

Kris was structured and well organised, and was attentive to my thoughts and reflections. She is insightful and supportive while being prepared to challenge and test the norms.

During 2010, Ms Wilms was engaged to look at ways to better integrate technical experts into strategic mainstream operations to maximise synergistic opportunities.  Ms Wilms was successful in assisting the participating staff to analyse their own roles, and that of their colleagues, looking for opportunities complement each other’s outputs, building organisational capacity.  She used technology to assist in connectivity to geographically diverse teams to ensure she had captured the essence of the issues, not only between individuals and teams, but also to ensure a greater understanding of the broader organisation. 

The outcome resulted in greater clarity between the participants in the roles and expectations and how these were implemented on a day-to-day basis.  The substantive benefit was the opportunity for management to reconnect with teams as issues were highlighted as a result of the research.  Kris was an utmost professional during my interactions with her and a pleasure to work with.  She also took time to gain an understanding of the issues and the corporate culture which allowed for her findings and recommendations to be of value.
