As a boutique consultancy we provide services tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, groups and organisations. By working with a select clientele we are able to offer exclusivity, as we concentrate our resources on each client. To bring about effective change, our approach involves supporting people who are leading, or involved in organisational change processes to effectively negotiate transition as they discover and work with the dynamics of change. This approach promotes optimal buy-in and wellbeing for organisational personnel. At ‘Imagine Act Achieve’ our style is collaborative, as we believe that people within an enterprise are often best placed to understand the nuances and dynamics of their situation, with the aid of additional outside perspective. Our approach is to gain insight about an organisation from its design, authority and reporting relationships, and from its nature, processes and activities. We gain further insight into an organisation through analysis of behaviours, gleaned through an enterprise’s individual, group and social processes, and through looking at distinctive organisational cultures. This duality of focus is known as a systems psychodynamic or socio-analysis approach to consulting, whereby collaborative and sustainable development and change may be achieved through engagement with both conscious and unconscious dynamics of an enterprise, as we explore relationships between different parts of an organisation, and the external environment within which it exists. |
